About this role

Talent Acquisition & Internship Program: Support internship hiring and manage engagement activities for our intern batch. The existing internship process includes internship hiring, orientation and engagement activities. Talent Acquisition Digitalisation : Support the digitalisation of TA processes, prototyping a CRM tool to strengthen talent pooling. Learning & Capability Building : Support the development and coordination of interview skills training for the company. Onboarding Experience : Refresh the Singapore induction materials and support the development of a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
