About this role
The Innovation Engineer is part of the Innovation Department and is responsible for developing and managing solutions for Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) production and distribution processes . The role connects customer requirements, water treatment technologies, process engineering, and innovation , working closely with R&D, engineering, sales, service, and customers to develop and improve UPW solutions. Key Responsibilities Define the product strategy and roadmap for UPW process solutions. Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging UPW technologies. Translate customer and market requirements into product and process specifications. Drive the development, validation, launch, and continuous improvement of UPW solutions.…
