About this role
Principales responsabilidades Liderar la operación segura del turno y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos. Coordinar y administrar al personal operativo, incluyendo asistencia, incidencias y cobertura de posiciones. Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de producción y la disponibilidad de materiales y recursos. Verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad durante la operación. Monitorear los indicadores de productividad, eficiencia y desempeño del turno. Gestionar desviaciones operativas, escalaciones y acciones correctivas. Coordinar actividades con las áreas de Mantenimiento, Calidad, Almacén y Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente. Dar seguimiento a las iniciativas de TPM, 5S y mejora continua.…
