About this role

At Ecolab, our people are at the centre of everything we do. We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our ANZ HR team and support our Supply Chain and Healthcare businesses during an exciting period of organisational change, workforce planning and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) activity. This role is for a fixed period commencing in December 2026 and finishing in January 2028. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business. Partnering closely with leaders and employees, you'll help create workplaces where people can perform at their best, feel supported through change and contribute to business success.
