About this role

Key Responsibilities Support the Plant Production, Maintenance and Engineering functions in delivering continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality enhancement and safety improvement. Maintain equipment list, PM plan systems to monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist the Engineering team in CAPEX project evaluation, including scope definition, technical design review and cost-benefit analysis. Conduct training and competency development for plant operators to improve operational effectiveness and compliance. Update and maintain engineering documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with current plant operations. Provide technical support for process optimization, troubleshooting and quality-related investigations.…
