About this role
As an Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for everything that happens at the Front Office and ensure that every guest enjoys a smooth check-in and check-out experience. You provide guests with all the information they need and consistently impress them with your friendly and welcoming attitude. In addition, you motivate and coach the team with enthusiasm, ensuring everyone is ready to deliver the level of service our guests expect. The Operations Manager can always rely on your support.
