Job Description: Title: Bilingual Career Development Specialist Classification: Non-Exempt Salary : $45,000 Scope of Position: The Bilingual Career Development Specialist provides individualized career development, case management, and community-based support; coordinates workforce and supportive services; ensures WIOA and program compliance; maintains accurate records; and monitors participant progress and employment outcomes.
