About this role

Job Description: Essential Functions : Career Closet & Customer Services · Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for all Career Closet participants. · Schedule and facilitate clothing appointments for eligible customers in accordance with program requirements and established timelines. · Assist customers in selecting interview attire, work clothing, uniforms, scrubs, footwear, and accessories that support their employment goals. · Explain Career Closet services, eligibility requirements, and available workforce resources to participants and partner organizations. · Coordinate participant referrals received from The Wardrobe, the County Assistance Office, PA CareerLink® staff, and other approved referral sources.…
