Job Description: Career Coach Non-Exempt Salary: $45,000 Scope of Position Provide career support and assistance to program customers (job seekers) in obtaining and retaining employment, pursuing training, and advancing their careers under the Integrated Services Customer Flow Design. Essential Functions Accurately review, evaluate, and complete documentation required to determine WIOA eligibility and register customers. Provide remote WIOA registration services using Outlook and securely handle and maintain all customer documents. Provide career coaching to help WIOA customers achieve the goals outlined in their Individual Employment Plans (IEPs), including ongoing contact and coaching after job placement.…
