Job Description: Title: Youth Employment Specialist Classification: Non-Exempt Salary: $45,000/yr Scope of Position: The Youth Employment Specialist is a professional position dedicated to promoting youth programs and services to the community, businesses, and youth participants. Youth Employment Specialists support and assist in all areas related to gaining and/or retaining employment and career advancement for youth aged participants. Acting as a liaison between local employers and program participants, Youth Employment Specialist team members succeed by providing a positive experience of matching job seekers desiring suitable and sustainable employment and/or training, with employers; all while maintaining compliance with Federal, State and Local policies and procedures.…
