About this role

Dispatch Manager Albany, NY (position is onsite Monday through Friday) Compensation: $51K to $77K What You Will Do: Manage daily workforce flow, scheduling issues, vacation schedule, and the emergency service schedule for weekends and evenings Daily work with dispatchers on service efficiency, schedule adherence, and contracted service completion Participate in new Service Delivery Specialists (SDS) onboarding and implementing/executing a training plan Identifies the potential in an individual and aligns development activities to their abilities and talents Review SDS performance with the Area Operations Manager monthly to identify needed improvements.
