About this role

MIT DIESEN AUFGABEN TRÄGST DU ZU UNSEREM ERFOLG BEI Du sichtest Spiele per Video, beschreibst und beurteilst nach vorgegebenen Kriterien die relevanten Spieler. Du analysierst diese Spieler im Hinblick auf ihre technischen, taktischen, athletischen und persönlichen Merkmale. Du erstellst nachvollziehbare Einzelspieleranalysen als Grundlage für das Team Scouting und Kaderplanung der FC-Akademie. Du dokumentierst deine Beobachtungen und pflegst Spielerprofile sowie Sichtungsergebnisse in unserer Datenbank ein. Du erhältst gegen Ende des Praktikums einen Einblick in Live-Scouting und gleichst so, die über Videomaterial gewonnen Erkenntnisse ab.…
