About this role

As an Instructional Designer, you’ll collaborate with experts, trainers, and other stakeholders within the company to create effective, efficient, and engaging learning experiences. This means taking the lead in the creation process as well as being part of the creation and development of training material (e.g. support the recording of training videos, give advice on formats, create e-learnings in an authoring tool) This role, with its strong focus on instructional design, will account for approximately 70% of your time, complemented by 30% dedicated to training administration and coordination activities to support the Operations team. Administration will focus mostly on onboarding follow up, learning path maintenance and coordination of global alignment on onboarding plans.…
