Aicinām komandā Atlases projektu vadītāju, kurš kļūs par uzticamu partneri mūsu klientiem un kandidātiem, vadot pilna cikla atlases projektus Latvijā un Baltijā. Tavā ikdienā būs: Pilna cikla personāla atlase – no amata profila izstrādes līdz kandidāta pieņemšanai darbā; Interviju vadīšana; Sadarbība ar klientiem visā atlases procesā - komunikācija, atskaites, pārrunas par atlases procesu; Aktīva kandidātu meklēšana un uzrunāšana, izmantojot LinkedIn, profesionālās datubāzes un radošas kandidātu piesaistes metodes.…
