Job Description As a Staff II – Outsourced IT Technical Consultant , you will work alongside a dynamic team to support the IT infrastructure and service needs of our clients. You will provide remote IT support, assist in the administration of cloud services, and contribute to the planning and deployment of technology projects. This role is designed for professionals ready to build on foundational experience in IT support and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote helpdesk and desktop support for end users.
