EKA ROBOTICS
We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter to help us build the team behind Eka’s next stage of growth.
Your primary focus will be recruiting exceptional technical talent across robotics, reinforcement learning, computer vision, simulation, and software. You will work directly with our company leadership to identify exceptional people, develop creative ways to reach them, bring them into Eka’s orbit, and ultimately help close them.
This is a hands-on role. You will personally source candidates, develop talent maps, run candidate conversations, and drive searches forward — not simply build a recruiting process for others to execute.…
