About The Opportunity: The Technical Support Specialist I is an extension of the Customer Service department. This position will engage customers at a high level to address pre- and post-installation questions and issues. The role will consult on inbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing technical solutions in a supportive, consultative, and user-friendly manner, with the intent of educating about our technology/products and troubleshooting issues, using a variety of tools, techniques, and procedures.
