Position Title: Mgr Sr Talent Mgmt (PHL) Shift: Job Description: This role will lead the overall Talent Management and Organization Development functions. This leader will have a team of people working on the above agenda driving the strategic priorities of the organization. Will work on building the overall talent strategy & framework for Organizations across diverse businesses and functions. Will work on multiple OD initiatives as found necessary by the organization.
