This role is with one of our portfolio companies. About the Role We are looking for a high-ownership operator. This role will work closely with founders and own some of the most critical operating systems of the company: production, warehouse operations, logistics, and customer delight. • Operate at a co-founder level mindset by scaling current systems 10x and designing better teams and systems for the company. • Recruit, build and manage high-performing teams across production, logistics, warehousing, and customer delight.
