The Role
At Abby Care, we are redefining how care is delivered at home, but that journey often starts in the hospital. The Clinical Liaison is the face of Abby Care within major hospitals. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk or make corporate-level network calls; this is a highly active, embedded role. You will live within the four walls of your assigned hospitals, navigating the floors, nursing stations and discharge planning departments to become an indispensable resource to clinical staff.
Your primary mission is to educate hospital teams on Abby Care’s capabilities, build deep-rooted relationships from the ground up, and ultimately drive a high volume of qualified patient referrals.…
