URGENT NEED! PATIENT LOCATION - SLEEPY HOLLOW PART-TIME Shifts: 10am - 10pm - Saturday / Sunday PRN Join the world of HOME HEALTH CARE, where you can provide ONE-ON-ONE care to patients in the comfort of their home. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift. You will get to know your patients and their families and learn about the needs they may have in their home. Then you will plan, organize, and assist with home health care service with your focus on just one patient for your shift.
