Overview & Responsibilities Associated costs are reported in the accounting records in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the Company recognition policies and applicable GAAP. Promptly enter invoices into the accounting system. Reconciliation of various general ledger account balances, with particular focus on intercompany balances on a monthly basis and resolution of adjustments/queries arising on such within the next reporting month. Responsible for entering all source data into the computerized cash books ensuring disbursements are properly approved and documented. Accruals and prepayments are reported in the accounting records in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the Company recognition policies and applicable GAAP.
