Overview & Responsibilities Issuing of work instructions for shop floor. Preparing repair proposals. Ensuring Sales receives Repair Proposals as per the defined timelines in the KPIs. Technical assistance to shop floor. Tooling and fixture design and developing. Handling of customer questions and technical problems. Liaising with Field Services where required. Assisting and supervising Technicians on need basis. Specifying detail in more complex purchase requisitions. Support evaluations and Qualifications for new product/ processes. Ensure timely archiving of Project related records for better traceability and quick retrieval. A good understanding and demonstrable exposure to Health and Safety is essential. Planning, Scheduling projects as stated by technical plan.…
