Job Description The Opportunity Embry-Riddle Student Recruitment is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as the Assistant Director of Student Recruitment (ADR). The ADR is responsible for regional recruitment, outreach, public relations and marketing to meet enrollment goals for their designated region/market. This person provides civilian and military prospective students and leads with relevant information regarding University programs and services and next steps towards enrollment through virtual, phone, email communication. The role oversees and supervises assigned Regional Recruitment Counselor(s) (RCs) to ensure territory performance and goals are met and evaluates the effectiveness of all recruitment and engagement activities and events.…
