Emerson College’s Office of the Arts is seeking personable and responsible Box Office Shift Supervisors for part-time employment in downtown Boston’s Theatre District. This is a supervisory-level, part-time position in the box office that works autonomously with limited managerial supervision. We are looking for applicants who are welcoming, proactive, accountable, and comfortable interfacing with the public and supervising Box Office Ticket Representatives, both in a fast-paced environment and in quieter office settings. Shift supervisors can expect to work a minimum of 6 hours per week and, on rare occasion, a maximum of 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Evening and weekend availability required.
