In this position, the HR Analyst will provide support for assigned Campus organizations on HR operational-related matters and will help build and maintain a high-performing organization. The HR Analyst will be responsible for HR Analytics and improving the efficiency of the local programs and initiatives, as well as for supporting the Talent Acquisition process, Talent Development and general HR Operational processes.
