About this role
The Process Manufacturing Manager owns the manufacturing processes that turn our designs into reliable, high-quality products at scale. You will lead a team of process engineers and technicians across PCBA and final assembly, drive yield, quality and cost improvements, and make sure new products transfer smoothly from R&D into volume production. You will be the bridge between R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Production, using data to decide where the team focuses.
