DEINE ROLLE Als Senior Product Designer (w/m/d/x) bei EMIL verantwortest du das End-to-End-Design komplexer B2B-SaaS-Workflows und die volle Ownership für UX, Usability und Form unseres Produkts. Dein Ziel: konfigurationslastige Tools intuitiv, konsistent und wirksam machen. Bitte beachte, dass für diese Rolle Deutschkenntnisse min. auf C1 Level notwendig sind. WAS DICH ERWARTET Kontinuierliche Validierung: Du validierst Nutzerbedürfnisse laufend mit Interviews, Usability-Tests und Prototypen – bevor die Entwicklung beginnt.
