About this role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Internal Recruiter who is passionate about finding, attracting, and securing the very best talent. Key Information Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday Reporting to: Head of Recruitment and Retention Salary: $60-70k Location: Miami Office (Hallandale Beach) Work Schedule: 5 days a week in the office What You'll Do Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of recruitment, from taking job briefs to managing offer processes. Proactive Sourcing: We don't just rely on job postings. We want Recruiters who proactively source talent. You'll focus on outreach, build relationships across networks, and continuously look for new ways to find A-players.…
