Join Our Team Leer is seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to turn customer demand and plant capacity into an efficient production plan. This role partners across teams to keep work moving and support on-time delivery. What You’ll Do You will coordinate priorities across Production, Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, and Warehouse teams. Key responsibilities include: Analyze ERP demand and prioritize work based on lead times, ship dates, plant capacity, and customer needs. Sequence production, create work orders, and adjust schedules for changing demand, downtime, shortages, and expedited requests. Monitor daily output and schedule attainment, making real-time decisions to support on-time delivery.…
