About this role
The IT Engineer will provide hands-on technical support across EMS Healthcare’s IT environment, helping to ensure colleagues have reliable, secure and effective access to the systems, devices and services they need. The role will support day-to-day IT operations, including incident resolution, service requests, endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, user access, networking, cyber security controls and business application support. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, external suppliers and the wider IT team to troubleshoot issues, maintain IT assets, support onboarding and offboarding, improve documentation, and contribute to IT projects.…
