Key Responsibilities: Participate in a bi-weekly on-call rotation supporting production environments. Monitor production systems and respond to incidents. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions. Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve internal tooling. Reduce technical debt through engineering improvements. Improve deployment automation and operational workflows.
