Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain enterprise storage infrastructure across production, DR, and non-production environments. Perform storage provisioning, capacity management, performance tuning, replication management, and lifecycle planning. Lead storage hardware and software upgrades, firmware updates, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives. Manage SAN environments, storage networking, zoning, multipathing, and connectivity troubleshooting. Support business-critical insurance applications requiring high availability and stringent recovery objectives.
