About this role
What you'll be doing
As an Integration & Test Specialist at Endurance Energy, you will work alongside mechanical, fluids, and electrical engineers to assemble, plumb, instrument, and test complex systems under real-world conditions.
You will be responsible for taking subsystems from parts to fully integrated hardware, pressure-tight, leak-free, instrumented, and ready for test. You will play a key role in debugging integration issues, improving build processes, and ensuring systems are safe and robust before deployment.
You are expected to operate with high ownership on the floor: driving build quality, identifying issues early, and pushing systems to readiness without waiting for direction.…
