About this role
Your area of responsibility Energy Infrastructure Partners AG ("EIP") is seeking a Swiss-qualified Legal Counsel to join our General Counsel department. In this role, you will support the General Counsel in further developing the legal department and strengthening legal standards across the company. You will provide clear, pragmatic legal advice on regulatory and fund-related matters and ensure compliance with all applicable Swiss regulations and legal requirements, in particular financial market regulations. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Swiss financial market law and working knowledge of Luxembourg funds law. Advise on Swiss financial market legislation, including FINIA, FINSA, CISA, ASV and BVV2, as well as applicable FINMA regulations, circulars and requirements.…
