About this role

The Problem to solve Utility systems weren't built to connect seamlessly with a DER platform. CIS holds the customer record, while ADMS and Grid DERMS drive real-time grid decisions. Each system operates with its own data model, security posture, and review process. You will be the key leader who transforms that fragmentation into a coherent, streamlined integration strategy. The Role As the Lead Product Manager, you will own how EnergyHub connects and integrates with utility operational systems, ensuring we understand our mutual end-customers (CIS), manage distribution grid conditions (OT systems), and unlock automation opportunities that drive value.
