GENERAL SUMMARY Provide ownership and station leadership of the Performance Improvement department. This position has direct responsibility for the Corrective Action Program, and Station Trend Program. It also maintains overall oversight and administration of the site Continuous Improvement Model elements. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage the activities of the Performance Improvement Departments through the following: Create a Performance Improvement department vision that ties to the Energy Northwest’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives. Establishing policies and procedures for performance improvement programs. Prepares, makes recommendations to, and oversees development of the department operating budgets.
