Identificar obligaciones, hitos, riesgos, penalizaciones, garantías y condiciones de pago. Controlar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de notificación contractual. Gestionar cambios de alcance, órdenes de cambio y variaciones contractuales. Preparar, revisar y responder comunicaciones contractuales.
