About this role

The Culture and People Experience (CPE) team in India consists of the following functions - Business Partners, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits and Talent Acquisition. The Director of the Business Partner team assesses and anticipates CPE related needs for the region in conjunction with the other CPE functions and business leaders at every level . The Director formulates partnerships across the CPE function to deliver value added service to management and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Drives enterprise-wide CPE initiatives locally. The Director maintains an effective level of business literacy about strategic business objectives, financial position, its culture, and its competition.…
