Job Title: Chemical Operator I Job Description: The Role: 依照公司制定之安全作業標準與品質管理規範，執行各項生產活動並確保生產流程安全且產品品質穩定，包括預防性保養、設備檢查、6S生產環境清潔與維護。 In this role you will: 執行日常生產作業依排定之輪班制度執行日常生產工作：早班：07:30～16:30 中班：15:30～00:30 夜班：23:30～08:30 換班頻率：每週輪替依標準作業程序執行產品批次生產包括原物料接收與準備、帳料與庫存管理、生產中間品之取樣與檢測、分析儀器校正，以及生產數據之紀錄與管理。執行成品灌裝作業包括濾芯更換與過濾器操作、灌裝容器清洗線操作、成品標籤列印與黏貼，操作堆高機將成品運送至倉庫。生產系統操作與監控熟悉並操作生產系統，即時監控生產狀況，確保系統穩定運作。回報生產異常狀況發現生產異常或設備故障時，立即通報值班主管並協助處理。參與品質與安全持續改善活動積極參與品質提升與安全改善相關活動，促進工作流程優化與風險降低。執行環安衛與 6S 管理落實環境安全衛生管理與6S活動，確保工作場所整潔、有序、安全。 Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 具備一年以上製造業生產設備及原物料操作經驗 (化工廠背景，或具備設備保養/維修經驗者佳) 具高度自律，能獨立完成指派之工作任務熟悉辦公室軟體操作（如 Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint），具 SAP 系統操作經驗者佳可依生產排程彈性配合加班需求因應系統操作需求，須具備基本英文閱讀與理解能力學歷要求：高中職以上持有堆高機操作技術士證照，並具三年以上實務操作經驗 Your success will be measured…
