About this role
This position directs and coordinates all activities of the Quality Control Department, works with the Operations and Plant Managers to ensure that all PCI requirements are being met, and communicates and collaborates with other managers to optimize production quality and workflow, as well as direct and coach other Quality Control Personnel. Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily inspections of concrete production, reinforcement, embedded items, forms, and finished products. Manage concrete mix designs, test samples, and quality control documentation. Ensure products meet project specifications and applicable industry quality standards.
