POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Cx Technician is responsible for verifying the readiness, testing, troubleshooting, and performance of mechanical and HVAC equipment and systems. This position requires strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and controls systems. Works with EAS project teams, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, equipment manufacturers, the General Contractor, the Commissioning Authority, and 3rd party owner representatives to ensure systems are complete, properly installed, operational, and ready for commissioning and turnover. This position will identify and help close gaps between mechanical, electrical, and controls scopes that could impact startup, system testing, schedule, or final acceptance.…
