About this role

ERM is seeking a motivated Social Consultant to join our team in France (Paris or Lyon). The ideal candidate will have at 1 - 2 years of experience in a consulting company. The candidate should have professional experience in providing social advisory services (social impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, human rights, social value creation strategies, due diligence, social license to operate, resettlement and livelihood restoration planning and implementation, community health, safety and security) in line with national and international requirements of Lender institutions and if possible, have experience with permitting effort in France.…
