Werkstudent/in – Office Management (m/w/d) Wir suchen eine/n Werkstudent/in – Office Management zur Unterstützung des täglichen Betriebs unseres Büros in Berlin . Die Stelle umfasst administrative, organisatorische und operative Unterstützung für Mitarbeiter, Besucher und die Geschäftsleitung und gewährleistet einen reibungslosen Bürobetrieb. Hauptaufgaben - Büroverwaltung und -koordination - Unterstützung bei der täglichen Verwaltung und dem Betrieb des Büros. - Verwaltung des Büromaterials und Bestellungen nach Bedarf. - Koordination von Wartungsanfragen und Kontaktpflege mit externen Lieferanten und Dienstleistern. - Unterstützung bei facility-bezogenen Aktivitäten und Sicherstellung, dass die Büroräume organisiert und funktionsfähig bleiben.…
