THE ROLE Every customer relationship starts with a question: who are they, really, and how much risk do they bring in with them. You own the answer. You lead the team that rates, reviews, and escalates that risk, and you're the one who signs off when a high-risk customer or a material CDD decision needs a second set of eyes.
