Office & Administration Manager

Job Description: Oversee the office administration for the company to include upkeep and maintenance of the HQ office, general procurement; ensure all office equipment and supplies are available for day-to-day operations. Supervise Receptionist and Office Operations staff. Serve as point of contact for safety in office. Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, and senior leaders (incl global visitors when in India) Manage administrative tasks associated with key sales, marketing, training activity where required, i.e. exhibitions, press releases, customer roadshows, KOL engagement, educational programs etc. Execute employee engagement events and support the leadership team to create a highly engaged culture in which team members feel valued.…
