The Director, Total Rewards is responsible for providing leadership in the implementation, ongoing maintenance and regulatory compliance of total rewards programs/systems. Responsibilities Directs Enviva’s Total Rewards policies, objectives, and initiatives. Recommends improvements to Total Rewards strategies aligned with Enviva’s People Strategy and organizational objectives.
