Service & Maintenance Technician Location: El Ejido, Spain Department: Facilities & Services What are you going to do? As a Service & Maintenance Technician , you ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, facilities and technical installations, contributing to a safe, efficient and comfortable working environment for all colleagues. Your main responsibilities will include: Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and installations. Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving technical malfunctions. Testing and maintaining small electrical equipment according to local regulations. Managing and monitoring facility systems, including heating and cooling systems, access control, fire alarms and security systems.…
