About Eon Eon is building a new category around cloud backup data. We help enterprises turn their backup infrastructure into searchable, accessible, and AI-ready data — across the cloud environments they already use. We’re a high-growth company backed by Sequoia, Lightspeed, Greenoaks, BOND, and Elad Gil. Our team includes the founders of CloudEndure, and we’re building the company at a stage where small teams can still have an outsized impact. We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to help us find new, technical ways to create demand and distribution. The role This is not a traditional marketing engineering role. You’ll sit inside the growth team and use software, AI, data, APIs, automation, and product mechanics to build new ways for Eon to reach the right customers and create pipeline.…
