Deine Mission Du nimmst IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen entgegen, die per Telefon, E-Mail oder über das Ticketsystem eingehen, und übernimmst die Erstdiagnose sowie den Support für Standardprobleme wie Passwort-Resets, Druckerfehler oder grundlegende Netzwerkprobleme.
